Our leadership team consists of three seasoned professionals who have worked exclusively in healthcare information technology since the early 80’s.

Healthcare Frontier partners have successfully implemented over 70 enterprise wide systems and over 10 clinical systems for health plans, healthcare delivery systems, large provider groups, and hospitals.

Prior to founding Healthcare Frontier, managing partners developed three enterprise wide healthcare systems that were commercially sold from the mid-80's to present by leading software vendors.

DENNIS DOUGHTY develops enterprise-wide applications and integration solutions for healthcare organizations. Prior to founding Healthcare Frontier, Dennis was Vice President of Development for Health Systems Design, Corp. (HSD), a managed care software company which was purchased by Perot Systems in the late 90's. In his executive position at HSD, Dennis led the development of several large scale healthcare systems which continue to be sold commercially today. Dennis's areas of expertise include large-scale applications design and development, particularly complex provider reimbursement systems, web development, integration, conversion, and database design.

MAUREEN BAGLEY leads Internet software design projects and has directly managed the implementation of core business processing systems for more than twenty healthcare organizations throughout the US. Prior to joining Healthcare Frontier, Maureen led Product Development efforts at Health Systems Design. Maureen's areas of specialty include project management, system migrations, data conversion, member application, and risk fund accounting systems.

LESLIE SCHOENFELD, MBA/MPH, specializes in project management, government sector system implementations, requirements analysis, implementation of web applications, and strategic analysis. Leslie has managed more than thirty enterprise-wide software implementations and often leads S.W.A.T. teams responsible for fixing problem implementation projects. Prior to joining Healthcare Frontier, Leslie directed Client Services departments for Health Systems Design, Corp., UniHealth Ventures Systems, and OAO Healthcare Solutions. Throughout her career, Leslie has hired, trained, and managed software implementation professionals and has developed useful tools to improve configuration and implementation efficiency.
